Team building and harsh environment training

Prepare2go offers the following three options.

1. Team building
We will take you to the Sahara desert in Libya. Simply through the process of overland travel between overnight camps, operating together as a team becomes a necessity, not an option.

2. Harsh environment training
We will show you what can cause increased stress, how to identify it early, and how to deal with it. We will also demonstrate the process of using people and equipment effectively outside of primary roles. We will also give instruction in task redundancy and ‘mission creep’.

3. Incentives
Our expeditions are incredibly positive experiences, with team and personal barriers being successfully raised and crossed. We can set the difficulty level as requested, and move the scale up or down as you progress on your adventure.
