Prepare2go was asked to provide the logistics consultancy for this event, held in November. The brief was to provide a framework for 26 Citroen 2CVs (classic car vintage), with 52 participants, on a rally from Brussels to Benin. We carried out a full route recce in May 2005, and based on that was able to put the logistics and communications plan together.

Due to budget constraints, Prepare2go was not asked to actually provide the logistics support (this was provided by 22 volunteers, in their own 4wds), but the framework held together successfully nonetheless, and the rally arrived in Grand Popo, Benin at the end of November. www.touareg-trail.be
