Libya Flying Safari

Concept

Overview: A light aircraft and Ultralight Safari of Libya, duration approximately 9 days

The Safari starts at Cannes airport and finishes in Malta, where we extract as necessary.

Total distance approx 2500NM Cannes-Malta

- Day 1 Cannes-Tunis
- Day 2 Tunis-Tripoli
- Day 3 Tripoli-Ghadames (pm tour of Ghadames)
- Day 4 Ghadames-Ghat (night in Akakus, transport by 4wd)
- Day 5 Visiting the Akakus, then flying Ghat-Ubari (military airstrip)
- Day 6 Non-Flying day, visiting the lakes
- Day 7 Ubari-Sebha-Tripoli
- Day 8 Visit Tripoli and then to Malta
- Day 9 Malta-Home

This itinerary can be extended at the end to give some spare time for visiting Sabratha and Leptis Magna from Tripoli.
